Enjoy(ing) Bodysurfing

For an environmentally attuned bunch – us watermen can often be somewhat blind to the environmental cost of our choice of equipment

The byproduct in manufacture and the disposal of it when its day is finally done.

The story of Enjoy hand planes is therefore a refreshing one.

Started in 2010 by Ed Lewis and Kipp Denslow from their garage. The guys at Enjoy have lead the way, in the recycling and repurposing of surfboard foam, old clothing fabrics and wetsuit neoprene, into what can only described as functional works of art. Turning would be land fill into pure stoke, each hand plane is unique in design, made to a scrupulously tested template to be ridden with joy the world over.

Feels good to ride something that does good.
